Eau De Rhubarbe Ecarlate Hermes Perfume For Women And Men (2016 Fragrance):
It may take a small number of attempts to discover the flawless scent that really compliments the person wearing it, instead of overriding their own aroma. The kind of cologne chosen is also dogged by its purpose. Some smells are elusive, while others are very valiant. Here, we are going to talk about Eau de Rhubarbe Écarlate perfume for both him and her.
Eau De Rhubarbe Ecarlate Hermes Perfume Scent Descriptions and Notes:
• Top note: Rhubarb;
• Middle note: Red berries;
• Base note: White musk.
My experience with the perfume:
With Eau De Rhubarbe Ecarlate, Christine Nagel has produced her first fragrance for HERMÈS. The French word écarlate, derives from the Persian term saqerlat. So, do you pick up the booms of “scarlet”? The word means ‘bright red’ – so, this connotation is just perfect. Eau de Rhubarbe Écarlate' initiates with a delicious explosion of tart rhubarb, that marks a presence of freshness and stimulating liveliness. A clue of acidic citrus is also perceptible, conjuring hallucinations of ruby red grapefruit's subtle surface. Extraordinary and bold, it offers the crisp, acidic brilliance of rhubarb made smooth like velvet with white musks.
It undoes with a solid blend of overpowering grapefruit and titillating oranges. Gradually it comforts down into musk. After some time, it amplifies up the sweetness ever so faintly as soothing the overpowering acidic grapefruit. The principal imprint is of the crispy rhubarb, and it’s so invigorating that each time I sprig on the fragrance, I get a lovely shiver. Rhubarb is balancing with raspberry, a twosome that glares in food, as it palpably does in cologne. Raspberry makes it whiff of musky violet and rose, and there are traces to accent the fluorescent origins.
It is a titillating, fragrant perfume with a bitter buzz to keep things stimulating. It is fairly the kind of cologne that's going to make you feel warm. After the bracing spurt of crunchy rhubarb, it rapidly dries down to an accretion of zesty red berries and heartening mock musk. This makes it an ideal for summers too. The aforesaid berry notes and admiring musk lean the scent towards the feminine flank of the band, although still lingering to be unisex.
Packaging:
The hat red bottle is spectacular, even in the 15 ml version, making me fall in love with the product. The bright red color is well worth seeking out and is enough to drive you crazy.
Sillage and Longevity:
Eau de Rhubarbe Ecarlate has 8-10 hour longevity and reasonable sillage. As it is, I like it fine, but after an hour or so, it does not truly have enough going on to retain my attention.
Below is a quick summary of likes and dislikes that I've felt about this fragrance:
Likes:
• If you're a rhubarb fan, the top notes will perhaps delight you, as they are certainly crisp and spicy, with a gorgeous juicy citrus background and a slight green edge.
• It is a pleasant scent with well-composed sharpness and a glittering sparkling quality which is reasonably energizing.
Dislikes:
• Either you will love it or it will irritate you enough.
• It is fairly a masterful odor - only minor problem is that it is unisex. Don't be shocked if you find your partner stealing it! LOL!! :D
Rating: 4/5
Availability: You can purchase this fragrance online at best price at Hermes, Amazon and Sephora
Conclusion:
This unisex perfume dawdles well and has sufficient lushness and deepness hugging some sweet but moderated covers. There is adequate soft musk, and the cologne is frisky, vivacious, and shimmering. Guys, if you desire to be the hit of the holiday season, just get the woman of your life a bottle of Eau de Rhubarbe Ecarlate Hermes perfume and watch her eyes lit up. In addition, the biggest plus about it is, you can use it too!!
